We are delighted to have our community back on campus for our annual Welcome Back Picnic!
All parents and students are invited to join us.
Welcome Back Picnic
Location: College Field
Date: Friday 8 September 2023
Time: 3.30pm – 7pm
Please bring a picnic blanket and we encourage you to bring your own food and drinks. There will also be food and drinks available from several external vendors. There will be shade tents on the field, and a busking stage for students to showcase their musical talents.
Due to safety reasons, we ask that all students and parents stay within the boundaries of the field. We respectfully ask that you do not use disposable plates, cups or utensils to be aligned with our core value of sustainability. Thank you for your support.
Please maintain supervision and good order of your children at this after-school event. We ask that our community members enjoy the picnic and be considerate to our neighbours in this quiet residential area. We ask that anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms please stay home. Thank you for your support in keeping our community safe.
We expect a large turnout and encourage you to either carpool, take public transportation or alternative parking as parking availability will be extremely limited. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Important note for those who use the bus service: If you attend this event, please cancel your bus service using SchoolsBuddy for that Friday afternoon before 12pm on the day.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Dulwich Talk

Following the screening, there will be a relaxed Q&A session with the filmmakers, where they’ll discuss their inspiration for the documentary. The talk will be held at 10:40 AM on September 15tin the College Auditorium, and parents are warmly welcome to attend.
ECA Updates
The preference selection process for ECAs is now closed, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to make your preferences.
Whole School ECAs are scheduled to begin on the week of 11 September and will continue until 30 November. Please note that Senior School ECAs will be postponed during the week of 18-22 September. This is due to Year 7, Year 8, and Year 11 students being away on their Adventurous Journeys.
We would like to remind everyone that ECAs are highly popular activities, and student allocations are determined using SchoolsBuddy’s algorithm. This ensures a fair and equitable distribution of students across different ECAs. Confirmed allocation lists will be shared by end of the day on Tuesday, 5 September.
If a student is unable to attend an ECA, it is important to inform the reception or the ECA Team. This will help us accurately update the bus lists at the end of the day.
Thank you for your attention to these updates regarding Whole School ECAs.
Kind Regards,
ECA Team
